The next leg of the trip follows Baby Bell Trail
for a very short distance around the Norther side of Baby Bell Rock.
Here the trail meets with a path leading to the top of Baby Bell
Rock.

Follow Baby Bell Trail for a short distance.

To the right is a trail leading south, to the top
of Baby Bell. Note Courthouse Butte in the background.

The trail is mainly stairsteping but there are
many loose rocks.
|

The upper part of the trek up to the top of Baby
Bell. The rock steps get more vertical but still easy to
manage.

View to the West of Cathedral Rock.

On the eastern side of Baby Bell the trail leads
to a small rock plateau. There are good views to the
East but you cannot easily reach the top by going this way.

From the rock plateau the Rabbit Ear Rock
formation can be seen to the Southeast.

The best way to the top of Baby Bell Rock is from
its North side where there are stepping stones leading to the top.

As you stairstep to the top you can again see the
Rabbit Ear Rock formation to the southeast.

Heading back to Courthouse Vista Parking Lot can be done using two trails. One can backtrack
the way you came along the Bell Rock Pathway on take Phone Trail.
